Pay by internet banking
Make a secure payment to Cobra Financial Solutions Ltd via online bank transfer. Use the account details provided within your letter. State your unique reference code when making the payment.
If you’ve lost your letter, email us at info@cobrafinancial.co.uk to discuss your case.
Pay by standing order
If you’ve agreed to a repayment plan, then your collection officer will provide you with the details you’ll need to set up a secure standing order.
Pay by cash
You can pay your debt via cash at any time. To arrange this, call the Cobra head office on 0151 526 4222, quoting your unique reference number. We’ll arrange for a field agent to collect the cash at a convenient time. Upon collection, you’ll receive a formal receipt ready to be filed.
Pay by post
You can send a cheque in the post to make a payment.
Please make your cheque payable to Cobra Financial Solutions Ltd. On the reverse of the cheque, list your name and reference number. Post your cheque to the address stated below. Proof of postage and any additional confirmation of submission will prevent further site visits.
Once we’ve cashed the cheque, you’ll receive a validated receipt from the Cobra head office.
